Bt29 — Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform bt29, available at https://bt29.best, operated by the company responsible for the bt29 brand ("Company", "bt29", "we"). By creating an account or using any service of the bt29, the user ("you", "player") confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted all terms described herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: the full suite of online services offered by bt29, including slots, roulette, Live Casino, crash games, jackpots, and Sports Betting.
• Account: the individual, non-transferable profile created by the user to access bt29's services.
• Real Balance: amounts deposited by the user or won in games and available for withdrawal.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted by bt29 through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before being converted into real balance.
• Rollover: the number of times the bonus balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

To create an account on bt29 and use the platform's services, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be listed as a politically exposed person (PEP) or be blocked by regulatory authorities.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from any bt29 service.
• Be legally capable of entering into contracts under Brazilian law.

Bt29 reserves the right to request, at any time, documents verifying identity, address, and ownership of the registered Pix key. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in account suspension and balance freeze until verification is complete.

Each user may hold only one active account on bt29. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or for any other purpose is considered fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or Pix key.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — username and password. bt29 strongly recommends using strong, unique passwords that are never shared with third parties. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account security settings.

Bt29 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following cases:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of automated software.
• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Investigation request by competent authorities.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months with no transactions.
• Explicit request by the user themselves (self-exclusion).

Bt29 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — instant processing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Boleto Bancário — up to two business days for processing.
• Credit & Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards issued by Brazilian banks.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — real-time processing.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other Brazilian financial institutions authorized by the Central Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum, but bt29 may request additional documentation for deposits above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998).

Users may request a withdrawal of the available real balance in their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00.
• The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be in the account holder's name and linked to the CPF on file with bt29.
• Pix withdrawals are processed in under 3 minutes after internal approval.
• TED withdrawals are processed within up to two business days.
• The bt29 charges no fees on withdrawals made via Pix.
• Bt29 may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus balance into real withdrawable funds, the user must complete the rollover requirement specified in the corresponding promotion. bt29 clearly displays rollover progress in the "My Bonuses" section within the user's account.

The bt29 periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournaments with real-money prizes. Each promotion has specific conditions detailed on the offer page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once, on their first registered account.
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount received.
• The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days after the bonus is granted. Bonuses not used within this period are automatically cancelled.
• Bets on games with an RTP above 97% or with specific characteristics may contribute at a reduced rate toward the rollover, as indicated in each promotion.
• Bt29 reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time, without affecting bonuses already granted and currently undergoing rollover.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including the use of multiple accounts or hedging bets — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and the blocking of the account.

Tournament prizes are credited as real balance and are available for immediate withdrawal after the event ends, with no rollover requirement, unless otherwise specified in the tournament rules.

All games available on the bt29 — slots, roulette, Live Casino, crash games, jackpots, and Sports Betting — are provided by certified, audited third-party suppliers. bt29 does not interfere with the algorithms or mechanics of any game. The RNG (random number generator) for each title is verified by independent auditors.

By participating in any game on the platform, the user acknowledges that:

• Casino games are games of chance, and all outcomes are random and unpredictable.
• No strategy or system guarantees consistent winnings in games of chance.

If an event is canceled, bets are voided and amounts returned to the user's balance.

The following are strictly prohibited on bt29 the following behaviors, subject to immediate account suspension and balance hold pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account per CPF, device, IP address, or Pix key.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that simulates human gameplay.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games or Sports Betting.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity under Brazilian law.
• Systematic bonus abuse with the intent of generating risk-free profit (bonus hunting or bonus abuse).
• Coordinated betting across different accounts to guarantee a positive outcome regardless of the result (abusive arbitrage).
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.
• Assigning, selling, or transferring the account to a third party.

Bt29 uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposits, and withdrawals in real time. Users flagged for suspicious behavior will be notified by email and have their account preventively suspended while an internal investigation is conducted.

The bt29 strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance by email and through the platform's notification channel. Unplanned outages caused by infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events do not entitle users to compensation.

Bt29 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
• Unstable internet connections or device interruptions on the user's end during a game session.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in banking systems or Pix infrastructure outside bt29's control.

In any circumstance, bt29's maximum liability to a user is limited to the balance available in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

The bt29 believes that healthy entertainment starts with clear limits. That's why the platform provides all users with the following responsible gambling tools, free of charge and accessible directly in account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly amount for your deposits.
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose per session or per period.
• Session time limit: receive an automatic alert after the time you set.
• Temporary break: lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to contact support.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your access to the platform. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform bt29 that is not resolved amicably through the support channel will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
